Miso Cabbage Soup

Try this delicious detox soup to start off the new year. This will cure any hangover and make your body feel better. A healthy soup to detox from 2016.

INGREDIENTS:

½ green cabbage, chopped
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup onion, diced
1 cup carrots, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups chicken broth or vegetable broth
2 cup diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon Himalayan salt
⅛ teaspoon of red pepper
2 Tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of lemon
1 bay leaf
2 single serve packets of powder miso soup
2 Tablespoons fresh chopped parsley

INSTRUCTIONS:

In a slow cooker add all the ingredients. Cook for 6-8 hours. Serve with bread or crackers (gluten free).
